- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services start at $1995. A custom quote can be given after a complimentary consultation via Zoom, Facetime or phone. Factors that influence the quote include but are not limited to guest count, number of assistants needed, scope of set up, number of in person meetings, number of hours needed on the wedding day and type of venue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before you choose to work with us we offer a 30 minute Free consultation to go over your vision and your needs. Once you decide to work with us we will then sign an agreement with 30% deposit and schedule our first consultation to get all the details of your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in logistics of corporate events and tradeshows for over 19 years.
