- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is fair pricing based on market value. extra hardware and or travel to get other items needed for install is extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get detailed info by phone of what their needs are and agree on appointment time. My primary way of payment processing is square card reader. also accept venmo,cash app as well. all receipt and invoices sent via email
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am studying for EPA refrigerant licence and have self studied appliance repair and theory and do appliance repair and resell. update I am EPA certified for appliances!
