- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing of the job is the most difficult task for us because every particular job is different, there are never two of the same jobs, so we love to give prices in person and not only give the price but explain what the customer is paying for. At times people come into the tree service business not knowing how to professionally get the job done and they don't seem to care much for the property or the environment. We price quality, risk, and time and always explain the reasoning behind it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer typically calls us and we try our best to schedule a viewing of the job within 24/48 hours, we come out, give a quote in person at that very moment and also send them an email copy of the quote so they have everything documented of what we discussed. Then we are available to do the job at the customers request.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started working with trees in 1998. It was mostly for the passion of trees and how much work needs to go into them, whether it's constantly trimming them or pruning them or having them removed due to the danger they cause. It's a complicated process but also really exciting.
