FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At EAS Income Tax Services, we prioritize transparency by offering clear, upfront pricing. For tax preparation services, we provide fixed rates that are quoted before any work begins, ensuring there are no surprises. Our bookkeeping services come with affordable monthly pricing tailored to fit your business needs. You can download our 2023 Pricing Sheet directly from our website, which outlines our full range of services and fees in detail. We strive to keep our pricing competitive while maintaining the high-quality service and expertise our clients rely on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is designed to be smooth and efficient. Once you're on board, we’ll send you an email invitation to set up a login through our full-featured Client Portal. This makes document sharing and communication seamless, allowing you to securely upload necessary documents and stay in constant contact with our team. Throughout the tax preparation or resolution process, we assign specific tasks and provide regular updates, so you always know exactly where we are. Our goal is to keep everything transparent, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in tax resolution and tax preparation. In addition to my CPA certification, I’m also a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, which means I’ve undergone specialized training to help individuals and businesses resolve complex IRS issues such as audits, tax debt, and unfiled returns. These credentials require rigorous education and ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest tax laws and resolution strategies. My background, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows me to provide expert guidance and personalized solutions for a wide range of tax problems.
