Tatiana rescued me from an extremely unprofessional property management company and highlighted through her actions, relationship and results what an effective and pleasant property management process should be like. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on services. BUYING REAL ESTATE IS ALWAYS FREE! I feel like that needed to be outlined. Sellers - Our commission rates are very competitive and can be tailored to your needs Property Management - The more units we manage for an owner the lower the monthly fee per property. Overall -- you should know that everything is handled case by case. Call us and find out more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation. A quick phone call helps us get down to the bottom of what you need. We are available via phone, text or email -- and make communication our top priority. After the initial discovery call, we usually set up a time to meet and discuss needs further. This meeting can be at the office, at the property or even for coffee! We move from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A B.S in Housing and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. An emphasis in education was placed in Residential Property Management. Real Estate education with hours of continuing education every year.
