- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We come and inspect your home / business for free. We generally get paid through your insurance company if filing a claim, but do offer discounted pricing if the job is out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you call us, we try to respond within an hour to come out and assess the damage in your home or business. We review our findings with you and provide our recommendation. From there, we can work directly with your insurance company to help get a claim filed (if filing a claim). We will set up our equipment to begin the drying / mitigation process, remove damaged material, clean, sanitize and treat affected areas. After the drying process is complete, we remove our equipment and talk about options for restoring the damage. We keep you informed at every step in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are IICRC certified so that you can be confident that the damage in your home will be restored safely, efficiently and completely.
