Jimmy did a great job with our flooring. He was understanding when we ran into an issue getting our flooring to arrive on time, but when the time came to install he was there. I’m giving Jimmy 4 starts because while the flooring was installed beautifully, I noticed that some Stone tile was cracked and installed anyway. Also the project was left with pieces missing and grout not laid down and it took 2 weeks to reschedule for them to come back. All in all, floors look great.
