- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers who write a review on Thumbtack will earn $25 off a future service. A deposit is required to begin services. The final payment is made after work is complete, or within 3 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They select their package and we have a conversation about what they hope to achieve. I come in-person if they're local, otherwise, I consult with videos/photos/measurements. After touring the space, it's usually a 1 week turnaround for their first version of their mock-up. They can give any feedback, and I offer shopping lists of product round-ups (ie light fixtures, rugs, pillows, etc). I can also help get them in contact with contractors (painters, wallpaper installers, electricians), or manage them for an extra fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught with lots of hands-on lessons. :) I went to a Liberal Arts College and took theatrical design courses as well.
