- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that the visual price is only an estimated price. A consultation/walk through will need to be performed to view the condition of your home to better quote you. It also gives us an opportunity to meet each other. It will only take a few moments. After viewing and becoming familiar with your home then i will suggest what type of recurring services is needed to maintain. Or you may only want a one time service. *AT THE PRESENT TIME ONE TIME DISCOUNTS INCLUDES: *Elderly *Pregnancy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MOST IMPORTANTLY RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE TO RESPOND TO THERE NEEDS ON THUMBTACK.COM:)!!! 1. Let them know how to reach me and anytime is accepted. This is because they may have busy schedules in the day so i allow my clients to text during the night and i will respond the next morning. 2. Schedule a consultation/walk through to view the condition of there home to better quote them and also meet them so that they would be comfy. 3. I will tally up what was viewed and at times, send there quote at the end of the business day. This gives me time to focus on the areas of the home important to them, desires and concerns. Send a quote at the end of that day. 4. If the client is not happy with the quote, we discuss how to make things better. 5. Scheduling begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Constantly researching information on cleaning ideas, products, techniques etc. I actually give trainings to my staff with the information I have gathered and pass it on to them So that we can be the best we can be😉
