Qua was awesome throughout the process of my AC install - fair price, wasn't pushy and waited until I was ready to do the installation, was knowledgeable about the issues with my previous system even after multiple other larger brand name companies missed the obvious, sent a crew of super efficient and professional workers who completed the job in less than a day, even gave recommendations for and installed additional items (UV sterilizer, thermostat, dehumidifier) as part of the process. We recently had an issue with our air conditioning unit. Qua was available to accommodate us swiftly. He was kind and professional & had our AC up and running in no time. Not only did he fix the problem effectively, but he also took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Qua. We can’t recommend him enough! If you have any problems with your HVAC , he’s your guy!
