Crystal responded to a request to clean a light-colored carpet for my elderly parents. I never thought she could completely remove the stains, but she did, and they look great. Did a spectacular job with incredibly fast turn around to clean, sanitize and deodorize a heavily abused carpet during a move out with lots of rain! Mud everywhere and the carpet almost looks new! Excellent job and very punctual and good value for the quality of work. Would use again!
