We were having a difficult time finding someone to rebalance our pool after a total renovation. Kenny was the third company to give it a go. Third time was a charm. Kenny was so patient and knowledgeable and determined to get our pool up and running. He restored it beautifully!!! He was also able to repair a few minor issue discovered along the way. I had been looking for someone to clean my pool filter for a year, after my old guy stopped responding. This year was particularly bad for yellow mustard algae at our pool, and I was desperate for a thorough cleaning. A few weekends ago, I was looking for pool cleaning services, and found McQueen Pool Cleaning on the Nextdoor app, and went to their website to fill out a service request form. Within 30 minutes I had a text response, and appointment for Monday morning. Kenny arrived right on time, and did an excellent job cleaning the nasty filter. He also checked my chemical balance, and did a surface cleaning on the concrete pool. I would 100% recommend McQueen, and look forward to seeing Kenny again at the end of this winter!
