Every project is different, so I start by reviewing photos and the full scope before giving pricing. Clear photos, dimensions when available, materials already purchased, and your location help me give the most accurate next step. A minimum service charge applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a few clear photos, tell me your city, what you would like done, your timing, and whether materials are already purchased. I review the scope, ask only the questions that affect the work, and then we talk through the best next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than 30 years of hands-on building experience across carpentry, repairs, drywall, doors, trim, tile, flooring, and practical home improvements. I focus on sound methods, careful preparation, and finished details that hold up.
