I LOVED WORKING WITH LIZ AND HER PARTNER!! They did a Phenomenal job, so clean that I didn’t want to stay in my own house lol This was my first time doing a professional cleaning, so I didn’t know what to expect. But they were on time, cleaned, dusted, did a deep oven cleaning, and got the ceiling fans. 10/10!!!

Professional from the word go. Liz and her crew worked endlessly for 5 hours on my house which had been neglected for a time with my husbands illness. They did a wonderful job and I am having them back. Wouldn’t think of hiring anyone else.

Extremely professional and thorough! No surprises - works with customer to establish scope of work, etc., ahead of time and then gives detailed tour at end of job, explaining what will be covered next time. Smart system which rotates areas which may need deep cleaning. Excellent all around! So wonderful to come home to a clean and organized house, which looks more beautiful than before the team arrived.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work by 3 & 4hr. Sessions with 2-4 Cleaners depending on the size of the project & we use our time wisely & efficiently. Which amounts to 6-20 Intensive/Focused cleaning/organizing labor hrs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a few questions prior to scheduling a walkthrough appointment & we discuss your main concerns, priorities, budget & overall expectations of your project so that I can provide & prepare you with 2-3 quote package options for you to choose from for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been in the Customer Service Industry from Substitute Teacher, Server, Front Desk Agent & Sales Associate I’m a natural person of service!
