- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our approach emphasizes delivering high-quality service at competitive prices for every customer and project. Based on our extensive experience, we believe that choosing lower-cost quotes often leads to inferior results and customer dissatisfaction. Therefore, we strive to maintain reasonable pricing across all our services while aiming for excellence in our work. Additionally, we offer discounts for military personnel, first responders, and their immediate families, along with periodic promotional offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat new customers same as old customers with respect of their time and provide clear professional advice every time. There is no customer or customer job which does not fall deserve our full attention. We spend extra time with customer unsure of the work scope to walk them through the steps required explain the reasoning and context for the steps and also ancillary details to ensure the customer is making an informed decision before committing to the work order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have received specialized certifications tailored to their respective roles. For instance, our water damage technicians are certified in water extraction, carpet cleaning, moisture drying, and advanced structural drying from Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC). Similarly, our mold testing, fire, and odor technicians have undergone training from REETS and other accredited academies, holding certifications from IICRC and EPA. Our technicians consistently pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
