FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per hour is the current rate for my service. Anything outside of the service is at the expense of the client. (ex. Bins, baskets, hangers, decor) Junk Removal is also an additional charge as a truck must be sent to your location and there is a dump fee which is charged by weight.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer or new project, typically we would 1. Assess- We assess the space to get a game plan in place. The client can send pictures or video of the space, (a consultation is required for larger projects, which can be zoom or in-person). 2. Edit/Purge- On date of booking we start promptly with editing or purging the space. The things you know you don't want, we get those out of the way, so no time is wasted on them. 3. Sort/Categorize- We go through every inch of the space, including each drawer, cabinet, bin, and basket and sort everything in categories. (This is the step that takes the most time so be sure to book a realistic time slot according to the amount of stuff or square footage your space has). 4. Contain- Now it's time contain all of the categories. Whether you prefer to use no extra supplies, supplies you already have, or you want to purchase all new supplies, we will put all categories into zones or containers in the space it works best for you. 5. Maintain- We are done!! Now that your space is organized, we will spend a few minutes going over exactly where everything is and ways to maintain your space. Also, feel free to ask any questions and to tell me about any future ideas you have for the space!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Art Institute in Portland, Or and graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Nashville, Tn with minor in Interior Design. However, I would say that gained a ton of experience while working in retail stores for 10+ years merchandising and organizing spaces and floor sets.
