- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate. The initial Invoice is sent 48 hours before the job. Each following invoice is sent the day before and must be paid before the work is done. Supplies and accessories are in addition to and sent on a separate invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for pictures of do a walk thru prior to get a sense of their needs. Most don’t know how to fix clutter and chaos that has taken over their lives over a period of time so stress that this process is a no judgement zone. However, in order to not return to chaos I challenge them to donate and get rid of as needed so that the clutter doesn’t return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently working to be a member of NAPO. I do research and study various organizing topics and based on my clients needs.
