Introduction: Redline Stone Solutions is a five star full-service hardscape design and installation company located in Dallas, Georgia. We service the Metro Atlanta, Alpharetta and Woodstock areas and their surrounding cities. Owner Matt Jordan began Hook and Ladder Landscaping in 2010 and later merged with Patriot Landscaping (Georgia). They offered landscape design and traditional lawn maintenance around Douglas County. The business grew to include grading and larger projects. During this time Matt was asked to create a hardscape paver patio on one of his landscape projects and found his passion for hardscape design and installation. Over the next 10 years, Matt built a sterling reputation based on honesty and integrity, while amassing a large number of satisfied clients . When the co-owner of Patriot Landscaping wanted to relocate to Florida, Matt continued to service Georgia and took the name Redline Stone Solutions, as an homage to his years spent as a firefighter. I can't say enough good things about Redline Stone Solutions. I have used a ton of contractors for various interior and exterior projects over the years. Redline is top notch and by far one of, if not the, best contractor I have used. They were professional, did excellent work, excellent craftmanship, and very responsive. They took our uneven, sloping patio and porch and made it even by laying stone pavers. Beautiful work. Adam was great to work with too! I highly, highly recommend!

2021 Redline Stone Solutions (Patriot Landscaping back then) did an excellent job preparing our backyard for an above ground pool as well as landscaping including stone walkways.Fast forward two+ years and the pool is gone. Called Matt and he quickly came up with solutions. The job got moved up the calendar and a beautiful patio was done in less than a day. Granted there was a double team and supplies were in stock, which was to my projects' advantage.Communication is key to a successful project and Matt and Adam were great. They kept me informed every step of the short way and were clear about the steps needed to complete the job so quickly.The new patio is beautiful and will provide more useable outdoor space than the pool did.

Redline Solutions was the biggest pleasure to work with on my backyard project. They were on time, extremely organized, and the communication about my project was seamless. Redline Stone Solutions designed and installed two large retaining walls in our yard. The project was complicated as we have two creeks and steep inclines. We can not recommend this company more highly. They consistently exceeded our expectations and were awesome. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our projects are typically paid in 3 installments. The 1st deposit is made when the job is approved and scheduled, the 2nd deposit is made on the day that the job is started, and the 3rd deposit is made on the day of completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new and existing customers, we schedule an appointment to come out and talk with the customer, go over all options on the project, and they will receive their quote the day of. Once approved, they will be added to the schedule, and the materials will be ordered once the 1st deposit is made.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. We install for both residential and commercial customers.
