- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront pricing and offer group-rated pricing contingent upon how much work is being done. We always provide some kind of discount. Taxes are included in all pricing quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we introduce ourselves and tell a little about our company. We then ask the customer to tell us about their issue. Discuss expectations from this visit, and what they can expect from us while we service the issue. Troubleshoot the issue(s), discuss their options. Prior to leaving the home, we always ensure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ron, the owner, has been an Electrician for over 10 years. -Unrestricted Master Electrician License -Journeyman Certification -5 years of Electrical Education -Continuing education courses at a minimum, semi-annually
