- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We automatically apply a $25 discount to ALL veterans and first responders. We just need verification and the discount will be automatically applied. During the seasons we also offer discounts intertwining with the holidays. We post flyers online for the duration of the sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with a new customer starts with having a phone conversation to determine what they are working on. Once contact is made, we figure out the size of the trailer needed and the length of time needed which ultimately determines the price. When we have those details figured out, we get them reserved in our software and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Computer Informations Systems as well as an extensive background in security. I put an emphasis on making the client feel secure in the decisions they make with our company as well as protecting their information from being compromised due to scamming. Also we focus providing the client the best customer service possible even if the business can't be completed with us. Our reputation means more to us than making a quick sale that doesn't meet the demand of the client.
