The staff and technicians at Cochran Complete are always professional, courteous and thorough. The technicians are always careful to not track dirt into the house and they are willing to answer any questions and explain all details of the progress. All services have been done in a timely manner from the installation to the maintenance calls. I highly recommend Cochran Complete Services.

In my most recent dealing with this company, I didn’t have the best experience in dealing with the technician Steve.
Steve’s effort was very lack luster, and when I explained the issue to him and the possible ways to fix it he assured that wasn’t it and proceeded to put the blame on a faulty thermostat which was not the issue. He proceeded to do the same checks repeatedly that I knew weren’t going to address the issue. It seemed as if he was just going through the motions just to get a service call payment. I am requesting my funds back for this assessment, and another company came out and addressed the matter, and was able to listen with comprehension and explained what Steve did, and didn’t do to resolve this matter.
