Excellent experience! Ben responded immediately and came out the very next day. He communicated with me until he was on his way, something I value. He's knowledgeable and efficient, and taught me some important things about the issue I was dealing with. Even though it was later in the day, he left to pick up a part and didn't leave until the job was done. And he's reasonable! What more could you ask for? Hire him!
