I have him saved as “Ben the Plumber” in my phone just in case I need him in the future! Ben is a lifesaver. I am a new homeowner and the house wasn’t in the best plumbing situation. Technician was very responsive, professional, and very informative! He installed our garbage disposal less than 2 months ago. We had an issue with the newly installed GD! He replaced it at no additional charge and came very quickly once I reached out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and if I need any additional service in the future, he’s definitely my guy.
