- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fees vary based on the specific service request. However, once you receive a proposal, the price quoted is the price you pay. We take pride in our transparent pricing policy, and we never upsell or have hidden fees. Thank you for considering MPE Home Services Customer has the right to cancel for any reason within 72 hrs of project date. If canceled after this date only charge will be for materials paid for for and any expenses occurred to prepare for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to start any new project is with a phone call. Amy and I are the only ones who answer the phone, ensuring you get the most accurate information as soon as possible. General Ballpark Quote: In most cases, we can provide a general ballpark quote over the phone. Free At-Home Consultation: For bigger projects that require measurements and finer details, we offer a free at-home consultation. When given a proposal the price included is the price you pay no hidden fees or unexpected hidden charges.
