We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to understand your travel needs and preferences thoroughly. Following this initial consultation, our professional services start at $250 for simple travel arrangements. For more complex itineraries, pricing may vary depending on the nature and scope of your travel needs. This approach ensures transparency and provides tailored services designed to meet your specific expectations and requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following our initial telephone consultation, we provide a few essential forms for completion. These forms request general information, including passport details and credit card information, all securely handled through an encrypted platform. As part of our standard process, clients are added to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This helps us securely store your information, streamline communication, and tailor services to meet your specific travel needs. This structured approach ensures a smooth and personalized experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisition, which, while indirectly related to travel, provides me with valuable expertise in building supplier relationships and securing resources. To further hone my skills, I’ve completed a few specialized certifications in Luxury Travel, Groups, and Romance, allowing me to offer tailored services for these niches. My commitment to continuous learning includes participation in an interactive online academy, engaging webinars, live regional events, and Seminars-at-Sea offered by my host agency. I’ve also achieved two of the three levels of certification from my host agency in a short time frame, demonstrating my dedication to excellence. I am an active member of the Cruise Lines International Association, Inc. (CLIA) and the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), keeping me connected to industry standards and trends. These educational and professional experiences enable me to craft exceptional travel experiences for my clients.
