Hi guys! My name is Alex Bolling, some call me AB. I am an ex collegiate basketball player, but I have not always been living a healthy lifestyle. Even when I played basketball, I was not in the best shape. I chose to change that back in 2020. I’ve worked hard at my lifestyle changes so I can look and feel my best. The goal is longevity! I want to look good physically, but more importantly I want to feel good on the inside and to be able to live a long life. I’ve studied and done my research and I am proud to say I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach! Alex is really motivational & holds me accountable on the days where I don’t feel like doing much. My workouts are tailored to what my goals are & it definitely isn’t too easy! 10/10

One of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time for my health is working with Fitness with AB! Loved the holistic approach of my workouts and the 1:1 coaching that made me feel valued, understood, and respected. Haven’t always had the best relationship with the gym but through this program I’ve been able to setup a consistent, self-paced, and healthy relationship with the gym, my body, and eating habits.
