I contacted them to provide an assessment on an properly installed floor by HG Premium Construction (don't ever hire HG Premium Construction) A guy came to my house and said they could provide a write up for me to give to Thumbtack so they will help me get my money back. Another guy even spent time on the phone with me discussing it. But for some reason they never provided the written assessment and have not responded to messages through thumbtack app or my phone calls. I don't know if these guys do a good job installing floors but I can say that they don't seem to give a crap about potential customers. Maybe they don't need the business.

We would love to do the floors if you actually needed someone to do the floors . To help you get your money back from your previous contractor is not my responsibility . We do care about our potential customers , we send someone to your house when it wasn’t even in our ( miles range) , wasted our time only to find out you are not interested in new floors . There’s plenty business that doesn’t involve me going after your previous contractor and should of picked ION ROYAL FLOORING LLC from the beginning . We are everyone 1st choice . Quality speaks and not everyone deserves our work and love in their home .
