Great service, clean work and Jonathan spent time to thoroughly explain how the pool works and answered all of my questions. He even replaced a few broken parts without charging me. I will be calling him again for all of my pool needs.

I received several pool cleanings where they did not add chlorine to the pools. They also add additional charges to your bill for bringing out a technician without letting you know or asking if that’s ok. Very rarely do they brush the pool. Better communication would significantly improve the service and letting go of the workers who are not adequately treating the pools. On my final bill they included 2 cleaning services for payment which were not performed.

Hi Lisa Moody, You have a salt water pool, which doesn't require chlorine tabs. Your pool was too large to go every other week with zero effort on your part to clean the week we weren't there. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
90% of our pools are $60 per visit. If it is unusually large, it will be $75. If your home is in a gated community, it is the same cost as one that isn't. We don't charge extra for nicer communities, and folks love that about us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We also take care of several commercial HOA swim/tennis communities. Some of the counties require that we stay CPO certified in order to take these projects on. This is ongoing education that keeps these requirements met. Most of the information is designed to keep the area safe and healthy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got voted off the corporate island twice! I never thought I would be cleaning pools for a living, but I grew up mowing grass and working outside. I have an affinity for water and its therapeutic qualities and decided to give it a try.
