- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It based off of frequency and your specific needs. On a average prices range from 50-75 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start getting all the necessary info which will include medical history, injury history, workout history, current diet, and goals. Then we go through a physical evaluation( if you are not restricted by doctors). Once we completes the steps listed above, we will then structure a program based off of the the above info.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified personal trainer who competes in bodybuilding and powerlifting.
