For the first time after many years of being in our home we discovered a mole problem which stated in the back yard and quickly went into the front yard. After doing some research I contacted Richard and he responded immediately. I think all pest control companies will say they can handle a mole problem, or humanely handle a racoon or other wildlife issue in a home, but they can't and it takes specific knowledge and experience. Richard has that and truly can be trusted!

I am so, so pleased with the service I received from Catch A Critter and Richard. Absolutely top-of-class service, and I enthusiastically recommend him for the following three reasons (among others):(1) Price transparency and honesty! He was very clear about how different options would price out, and the price I was quoted is the price I was charged. No BS trying to add on extras after the quote. Also, the price was *extremely* fair for services rendered and value received.(2) Efficiency and professionalism. He showed up when scheduled, his team completed the work so quickly that I was actually surprised, and sent me photos and videos to show what the problem was and how he fixed it. In every interaction he was polite, professional, knowledgeable, clear, and helpful, and an excellent and highly responsive communicator.(3) True specialization and humane removal. I found him after having tried to engage my bug pest control company to handle the issue. Suffice to say, that turned out to be a huge waste of money and the problem returned three months later. Catch a Critter is a true specialist in removing critters like squirrels and raccoons. And he does so humanely, which mattered to me I didnt want the critters suffering unnecessarily and preferred that they be rehomed rather than killed. Even if youre at your wits end with the critters, I thought a humane approach is good karma and he was willing and able to accommodate this... with absolutely no delay in effectiveness, for the record.I know this is a long review, but this was a long and stressful process for me to get rid of them until I found this company -- beware of the alternatives who overcharge and underperform. And I feel comfortable knowing that Catch A Critter stands by its work with a two-year warranty, so if the critters somehow reappear after all this, Ill have someone to call on to remove them. But Im confident now that it wont be necessary!
