- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide great discounts for loyal customers. If I get a referral from you, you can count on me for a great discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) We take the time to listen to our customers and their main concerns, because we believe EXCELLENT customer service makes a business grow faster. (2.) We check out the scope of work needed to be completed upon the customer's discrection, so that nothing is left undone. (3.) When the scope of work is finalized, then we correspond with our technicians and or teams as to performing each cleaning task, as well as safety issues, so that we're all on the same page. (4.) We combine up-front preparation with strong management and direction to ensure a smooth, successful start-up. (5.) We offer strong a systematic approach quality control plan,so that we do not loose track of many necessary cleaning details. (6.) Upon completion of the cleaning assignment, we do a walk -thru with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with the work performed before we leave the property. (7.) We provide a cleaning checklist for the customers to sign off on stating that the work was done as requested to their SATISFACTION! (8.) We provide some cleaning tips before leaving the property so that they could maintain until they need us again. (9.) We provide them a few business cards and flyers to give to family, friends, and or colleagues, because we believe in word of mouth business as well. (10.) Then a few days later our survey department gives them a follow-up call to see how well they were satisfied with the job we had performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees must have at least 2 years experience as a professional cleaner. 1. Able to manage time effectively. 2.Math skills for measuring cleaning fluids. 3.Problem Solving 4.Health and Safety Principles 5.Ability to work both alone and in a team.
