- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know the price type (hourly rate or total cost) before the work gets started. They should also know the payment mode (cash or through the application). And they should know that the payment is being received after work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a message which includes my interest, my available time for the project and total cost or hourly rate of the project, to the customer. When they reply to this message with acceptance, then I ask the address. Then everything is good to go…
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
These sort of projects need experience and practice and i had that when I was in high school. I spent my weekends to have experience about these type of projects.
