We called QualAssure from Thumbtack when we had a water leakage issue in our newly purchased house. Steve was very quick to respond and came the next morning to take care of the issue quickly. He found that someone in the past didn't do the job right to make the area water tight. I was so convinced of his professionalism and experience, I hired him to do a few other difficult projects and each one of them he completed very professionally. Each time he went above and beyond my expectations. He replaced patio doors, windows, installed a few ceiling fans (including new wiring, repairing the dry wall and painting the dry to match existing colors afterwards), replacing a load-baring wall with complete sheetrock replacement and painting of the area afterwards. He did some bath remodeling work by replacing the sink, vanity, toilet and and wall. His experience and ideas he provides are rare to find nowadays. His price is very reasonable for the high quality of the job he does. I will definitely hire him again when there is a need for any repair or remodeling work in my house. I wish Steve and his team continued success and all the best in the future.

We worked with Steve and his team for our basement remodel. The basement was already finished, but we wanted a different footprint including updating a half bath to a full bath, putting in a kitchen, converting an open walled library to a closed wall bedroom and updating drop ceilings to full ceilings. I can’t say enough good things about the fantastic job the Steve and his team did. Extremely professional, very trustworthy and always up front with estimates and if anything changed as they got into the work. Our basement is now a beautiful space that we use all the time. Highly recommend QualAssure for any home remodel or even new build needs!

Had to replace a refrigerator in kitchen ASAP and it was too deep. They were able to take a few inches out of the hall closet and pantry to make it flush with cabinets. The closet and pantry were finished to perfection!
