- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always quote a very fair price for my work, and offer quantity discounts for things like electrical outlets and fence post replacement. I think it is very important that the client is satisfied with the quality of work and the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client and talk through the work they need done and the details I see in the pictures they send. I then send a written estimate and we come to an agreement together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from university with a degree in electrical engineering. I also worked for a long time for a company that provides electrical services.
