- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will diagnose your appliance and inform you of the repair needed. We will provide you with a flat rate price for the repair based on the National Price Guide. The trip/diagnostic fee is cancelled with repair. We stock most of the common parts on our trucks and many repairs can be completed on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained to work on all major household appliances by the manufacturers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired as a helper at an appliance repair company/shop. In record time rose through the ranks and became lead service technician. The rest as they say... is history!
