They were very friendly over the phone and provided me an estimate to repair the water dispenser on my Thermador freezer column via text after consulting with a technician. When the part came in, Tech guy called to schedule a time to come out to complete the repair. He was able to come out the next day to do the work. He was absolutely fantastic. The work was completed quickly, cleanly and my water dispenser is as good as new for 30% less than what quoted. Can't ask for any better!

My dishwasher wasn’t working. They showed up during the two hour window. Quickly diagnosed the problem and it was what we were fearing based on our own online research. He was forthcoming with his recommendation which saved me money in the end. The part would have cost a fortune and add in the addition labor and it was more cost effective to just buy a new dishwasher. He then gave me advice on where to buy it and what NOT to buy (no LG, no Samsung, and buy one with as few electronic features and options because they break and cause problems). I really appreciated his recommendation to just buy a new dishwasher especially since that meant he was going to make less money on the repairs and his recommendation to buy the new one at the two stores who do free installs and free or low cost haul away of the existing dishwasher. I would 100% use them again if I have another appliance issue. It’s so hard to find someone who isn’t going to recommend unnecessary repairs and parts. They are honest, punctual, and affordable. Thank you!
