I started my small business in 2018 and always struggled to make the best decisions for my company. I had 2 years of transactions across two LLCs quietly growing in a Quickbooks Online account that I was paying $30/mo to maintain. I was procrastinating because I was not a bookkeeper, and did not know how to tackle this problem; how to properly setup a chart of accounts and reconcile hundreds of transactions. I decided to move my files over to Xero from Quickbooks to save money. During a free consultation with a Xero representative, I discovered that they had a network of accountants and bookkeepers certified on Xero. I searched for one near me. Enter Sharon.She immediately responded to my inquiry, and we jumped on a Zoom call a few days later to discuss. We agreed on the scope of work and pricing, and Sharon jumped into the work! Within one week she had my 2023 transactions fully reconciled, and a few days after that, all of 2024. The entire process was high-touch and high-communication. For example, when I sent her document, she always responded with a "received" email in return. Its little things like that which give you confidence and signal that you are working with a professional. Finally, Sharon was able to separate both of my LLCs into separate accounts, and obtain a substantial discount on my monthly Xero billing rate. She even taught me how to do the reconciliations myself, ensuring I will never get into a similar situation in the future. This was a win-win relationship in every sense of the word.I would unequivocally recommend Sharon to anyone.
