Ed was very well versed in asbestos abatement and testing. Therre were a few items that we were worried about potentially being contaminated, but his deep knowledge on the topic saved us from testing some things unnecessarily, which saved us on the cost of testing. I hope I never have to do more asbestos testing, but if I do I'll happily call Lomas Cleaning and Restoration again.

I was able to get someone out in less than an hour which further prevented any additional damage. Prices were reasonable as well:
