Only dried the drywall and stated nothing else was wet even though they stated the area smelled wet. They didn’t cut out the dry wall to check if the area behind it was wet. When the plumber arrived and looked behind it with a camera, the entire area was still wet after 4 days of drying and dehumidifying. I understand your meter showed it was dried, but it wasn’t. Then they wanted to charge me $1200 to take out the drywall the just charged me $375 to dry, and dry behind it.

He serviced the home I was selling and the home I was purchasing. His knowledge and quality of work gave me peace of mind and cleared the mold to tolerable livable levels. First Response Property Restoration did an amazing and professional job getting my home back in order. They were my first call, after the water hose to my washer malfunctioned causing a major leak upstairs in my laundry room.
