Patricia’s team saved me! They were available same day and arrived a little earlier than scheduled - which I appreciated. The team was very detailed and did a few things that went above and beyond what was expected ( like folding the clothes in my kids closet). scam. trying to charge me $520 for barely 2hrs of service — no walk through before departing from property. still dead bugs and con webs & dirt + dust everywhere. no proper or professional way of communicating or discussion on payment process. Very disappointed in the outcome & the owners treatment to clients & lack of professionalism

No te hemos estafado, tu llegaste a nosotros pidiendo muchos servicios que enviamos en el quote y los aprobaste agregaste servicios cuando llegamos tu casa te dijimos que tenían un costo extra y los aprobaste y dijiste que no había problema que los pagarías, te enviamos un equipo de 3 personas que estuvieron limpiando tu casa por 2 horas que hacen un total de limpieza de 6 horas, cuando llego el tiempo que tenias que pagar y revisar no estuviste te fuiste de la casa y estuvimos llamándote por mucho tiempo y tuvimos que irnos, te rehusaste hacer el pago te dimos un descuento por las cosas que se perdieron y aun así seguías sin pagar hasta de después todo el estrés causado y miles de llamadas
