- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to conduct a "walkthrough" prior to cleaning to understand what our customer's needs are before sending someone to clean their home. Being able to meet expectations or exceed them is our primary goal; no surprise fees or differences in price due to unforeseen areas that need attention. Walkthroughs support effective communication with assigned cleaning professionals.
