- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Request services through our client hub on our website! Please use descriptive words words describing the condition of the home. Additional fees may apply for extreme deeper cleaning and can sometimes require several cleanings to bring a home back to standard. Discounts available for our seniors as well as recurring clients. Discounts only apply if cleaning has been scheduled at least for four cleanings not the initial cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we speak with a new customer, we spend time going over their specific needs or concerning areas of cleaning. We explain what they can expect before and after the service is completed. We implement suggested recommendations before as well as after. We also explain to the customer that rates may vary and can be determined on specific needs. Most customers will choose a standard cleaning but truly want a deep cleaning. Its worth it. Don't always allow price to throw you off! Let's Talk about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is new, but as a business owner I have over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. I owned and operated beauty salons and quite a few entrepreneurship events. I managed several salons over the years. I am continuing to further my education to achieve my bachelor degree in business management. When you pick a cleaner to clean your home, remember they are tapping into your personal space. That is why when choosing a cleaner one should focus on the spirit of the cleaner. Ask them, do they really love what they do? We believe if one doesn't true love what they do, there is no passion and poor result is the outcome. We may be a little more pricier than most cleaners, but you can't put a price on Love and perfection. Its worth it. Pay for what its worth. Don't always allow price to throw you off!
