I could only choose 3 to rate the company, First of all he was the only exterminator that answered the request for service within 4 hours. The owner was awesome ,when you have unexpected unwanted guest in your home you want and need a reliable company. He was very prompt, throughly consistent about the job ahead of us. I was very uncomfortable with the rodent in my home. I called him several impromptu times because I swore that I heard a trap or a animal. He would come just to make me feel secure. He would check all the of the traps. I will recommend this guy to everyone especially the weak and scared. He was a God send for my fears and I suggest you call him to get the job done!! Would recommend Purnell for his professionalism. Thought I had a rodent issue in the basement. He came out and checked the basement and attic. Could have charged me for a service i didn’t need but instead was honest and straight forward. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone who wants an honest straight forward estimate.

Purnell was excellent! He showed up even earlier than expected (checking with me first if I was available).
