Thank You for leaving a review. we appreciate all feed back. I will be honest I am very surprised at this negative review left. This customer had a wall hung boiler/water heater that was neglected for the last 5 years and did not even turn on when we got there. we diagnosed the system and then called navien to confirm the diagnostic, which they did confirm. we flushed the inside of the boiler, changed a cpu board and display, and the circulator pump. all things that failed and the manufacture told us needed to be change which we agreed with based upon voltage readings and operational sequence. When we left the heat and hot water was working and the machine was fully operable. They have never called us back not once in regards to this machine since we have left neither made any complaints to us. They paid us fully after we tested and proved the machine worked in front of the home owner as we do with every customer before we ask for payment. Nobody is going to pay you unless they check they have hot water at the very least. if something happened they were more than welcome to call us but they didn't. After seeing this review we still tried to find out what happen and no response.
