Mike and his helper headed my way as soon as they got the call. When they got here they immediately got to work. They found a pipe inside the wall with a pinhole Crack that had been leaking for months. In the matter of a couple hours, they made the repairs, cleaned up and were gone. The best part of all was their prices did not reflect an emergency situation. All I can is "Thanks Mike" SIRJUE PLUMBING IS THE BEST!!

Sirjue Plumbing was punctual and thorough explaining the possible cause and location of the leak and the solution. After locating the broken line, he went right to work on the repair. He went above and beyond to acquire the correct parts to join mismatched pipe types and diameters. He finally did locate a solution and worked far into the night to assure that water service was restored and there were no leaks.. I appreciate his tenacity to find a solution and would recommend him highly.

On December 23rd I noticed that my water bill was extremely high and thought that there may be a problem somewhere. Oh well, I’ll deal with it after Christmas. On Christmas Day I noticed a puddle in the yard that just wouldn’t seem to go away. Like a kid I went poking around in the puddle and must have loosened something because the water started to flow. The following morning December 26th I started researching how to fix the problem myself. God said “Boy, umma tell this one time. Ask for help”. So said ok I’ll think about it. While scrolling repair videos Thumbtack appeared (y’all get the humor in this….lol). Looking thru Profiles at 6:30a I came across 2 plumbers and reached out to Sirjue Plumbing. Mr Mike was calling by 7:45 and in my driveway by 10a. Mr. Mike assessed the problem and without haggle gave me a price that I was comfortable with (you know after I got approval from my husband). Anyway, it was time to start the job, digging up the broken pipe turned out to be much more of a challenge but Mr. Mike kept at it and eventually found the pipe. The water had traveled 12 feet in a different direction. Once down there he explained next steps and took care of everything. Since my pipes were extremely old he had to travel to get specialty parts needed. I greatly appreciated the extra effort. Next thing you know the problem was fixed and the hole was filled in. Mr. Mike if you’re reading this umma need my dishwasher installed in a few weeks.

Sirjue Plumbing did a great job with our waterline replacement after water flooded our basement. He came out the first day to assess the situation, provide a quote, and he and his team had the repair completed during his next visit. He took the time to explain everything they did. We will use him again and highly recommend!
