First, I was very pleased with Mike’s personality, knowledge, and professionalism during our first phone conversation while we discussed the service I needed. Specifically, I had a hot water leak in my basement and he requested that I send him photos so he could analyze the problem with a recommended solution. The estimate provided by Mike was unmatched by other plumbing service providers PLUS he did not charge a service fee. It is very important that I mention my contact with Mike was two days after Christmas (a major holiday weekend) and during our phone conversation I expressed that the leak had gone unnoticed for weeks because there was a puddle of water by the heater. Without hesitation, Mike stated he will buy the parts and come out that same day to do the repairs to avoid further damage despite me telling him I did not have the money to pay him until the following Friday. He insisted that I allow him to do the repairs that same day and will wait until I had the money. Mike’s unexpected offer to do the repairs without immediate payment rendered me speechless. Nevertheless, he bought the needed materials and visited my home and completed the repairs on the same day of our initial call. As promised, I sent him payment the following week and there has been no leak since the repairs was done. It is my opinion Mike’s service is second to none - it was a job well done and exceeded my expectations. I hope prospective customers will trust this review and not hesitate to hire Mike with Sirjue Plumbing. Although you don’t know me, I can only promise that you will not be disappointed with the service Mike provides.

My guest bath became unusable because the faucet leaked when it was turned on. This made taking a bath or shower impossible unless you wanted to dry a river afterwards! Mike/Richard were heaven sent. They arrived after being on a job all day and worked tirelessly until around 10-11pm. They got the job done and I have been doing my thing since April-May timeframe. I like to use a product before I review a product and I can truly say Sirjue Plumbing is on speed dial and when ever I need a plumber they are it. They are actually about to install a new hot water heater and sewer pipe on the front side of house. Thank you Mike! See you soon.
