- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rates only. There is no hourly rate for our service because we want to take the guessing out of how much money a client will spend with us. We simply ask for details of their move including pickup and drop off location as well as an inventory list of furniture in order to get a guaranteed flat rate quote with absolutely no hidden charges or fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as many details as possible. We usually ask for Name, email and phone so we can always keep the line of communication open.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for amovi ng company before and got certified training on the job. After working there for a few years, I started my own moving business and I have been in business for 10 years.
