- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working with AFI you will receive transparent, fair middleman free pricing that provides a value for the quality of product and installation craftsmanship. As there are variables to your flooring needs and selections, we have options to meet various budgets and use cases.We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best knowledge, while still keeping it real. We do offer periodic discounts, please inquire if we have any on going specials. We welcome comparison of pricing and materials to our competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out with a phone call to confirm your desired flooring job. If you aren't sure exactly what you're looking for, don't worry, we will consult with you on your space use, needs, and budget to present options that will align. Once we have your availability, you will be scheduled for an on site measurement and sample review. Our team member will come to the intended job location to do a measurement and present samples in person for you to choose from. On average this visit requires just 10 - 15 min of your time. We turn around quotes usually same day, but depending on time of measurement we guarantee a 24 hour window to receive.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We service large and small Residential and Commercial customers a like. Suppling and installing Carpet, Wood, LVT/LVP , and Vinyl products. We also provide Carpet Restretch and Cleaning services.
