I called Frankie to install a new toilet. He was prompt and got a right to work. He packed up the old toilet and put it in the box from the new 1 and put it at the end of the driveway for me. This is the second time I have used him. He always does a great job.

Frankie did an excellent job installing my ceiling fan. The original fan I had him install ended up not working (it was an open box item), Frankie was kind enough to uninstall the new fan and reinstall my old one.

He did everything I ask him to do plus more. My floors and countertops were beautifully done. He was always prompt and on time. He even gave me the idea for my countertops to help save me money. I would definitely use him again when I get ready to do more upgrades to my home.

Frankie did an AMAZING job at my house! He painted my walls and ceiling, fixed furniture, installed closet doors and did a lot of small repairs around the house. I kept adding him work and he fixed everything I asked. I highly recommend him!

Mr Lubin showed up on time, took out my old sink and saw there was a problem with new sink. I ordered a new one he called couple days later to see if the new sink came in...show up on time again and replace the sink and faucet. He hung shelves (3), installed a new door knob, toilet seat, drawer pulls and handles. I will definitely use him again for more projects. Very polite, responsive, and on time.
