- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on the low-competitive end. I don’t want to break your pocketbook, but I do want to provide you with high-quality service. I do have discounts available for school functions. I also have seasonal specials. Just reach out and we can talk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like have a face-to-face or phone meeting to discuss the vision for the event and to understand your likes and dislikes. For weddings, I have a detailed process that includes personality, event scheduling, colors, musical tastes, must have and must not playlist, desired DJ attire and persona, and more. My goal is to get to know you as well as you get to know me so that I can be your partner in your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Scratch DJ Academy (scratch.com) as a certified professional DJ. I also take mixing and scratching courses regularly. In addition, I have taken courses and 20 plus years of public speaking. I’m a lifelong learner, and so I am always finding ways to learn how to improve my DJ skills. I am certified by the School Dance Network as a school friendly. You can learn more at schooldancenetwork.com. I am also a member of Digital DJ Tips where I have completed courses in mixing, house mixing, scratching, and multi-genre mixing. I am always learning news ways to excite the dance 💃🏽 🕺🏾 floor!
