- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a new company i feel my prices are fair and reasonable I try my best to work with any customer any budget I may be a new company but my customer service and bar skills are very well trained.dont worry if u need a breakdown of my pricing I will answer also there are times the quote here and the correct quote may be different once we connect I will let u know the right amount.again mentioned a discount if needed im here to service you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually perfer texting so that everything is there in writing (we can talk though if u perfer)I'll start w making sure I have all the right details so than I can provide the correct quote,than if u want to book u will send the deposit and if u have any questions about the bar,drinks,etc,just ask and I will help best I can.After deposit and booking deposit is only refundable if canceled due to my cancelation.Thanks 4understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business 20+ yrs I've worked all kinds of venues and bars also I did attend bartending school so very skilled and trained,I also was in a hospitality industry (hotels) so that helps alot when it comes to customer service.
