My floor looks AMAZING! Okay, so they were very responsive, informative and professional. I got really good suggestions for other projects I need done and they were so pleasant. They arrived early, started to work immediately and blew me away with the results. Added to this, their prices were more than fair. I plan to have them back next month for another project!!!!

Gave a courtesy call before arriving and arrived promptly at the time stated. Verified the material and the pattern direction of the flooring and went to work. Finished quickly including cleaning the area he worked in. I definitely recommend and will be using their services for many more projects in my house. Thank you for a great new office floor!!!!

The tiles in my kitchen floor were popping and cracking and lifting up. Santos renovators came in remove the tiles and found that there was a hidden leak under the tile lifting them. It took him a little while 2 days to dry out the floor with a dehumidifier designed to do just that. Then they laid an absolutely beautiful Flora for me. Bravo!
